Patrick has professional and business experience: in Information Communications Technology, business administration and entrepreneurship. Patrick’s current specialty is Project Management, Business Analysis, and Entrepreneurship consultancy and training. Patrick is a qualified Chartered Secretary and Administrator (C.I.S. Zimbabwe) and the holder of a first degree in Business Studies and Computing Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Patrick has ICT and business administration experience with companies such as Anglo American, Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco, Teleaccess Zimbabwe and the Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa (I.E.C). Patrick has been an entrepreneur since 2003 establishing viable companies, notably Infoage IT & Telecomm Solutions (ICT), Comquip Projects cc and Maxim Consulting Services (Project Management) that thrived for several years.
Prof. Jephias Gwamuri is a Fulbright Science & Technology Fellow, physicist, and innovation strategist with over two decades of experience in higher education, applied research, and technology transfer. He holds advanced degrees in Physics, Lasers & Applied Optics, and Materials Science & Engineering from institutions in Cuba, Zimbabwe, and the United States.
Currently serving as Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation & Commercialization at HIT, Prof. Gwamuri leads national impact projects in smart infrastructure, renewable energy, agritech, and mineral beneficiation. His leadership has catalyzed the development of AI-integrated poultry systems, solar-powered 3D printing platforms, and lithium value chain frameworks.
He has held senior roles at NUST and Great Zimbabwe University, where he pioneered innovation hubs and registered over 18 intellectual property rights. His expertise is further reinforced by training from WIPO, JPO, SARIMA, and the Gauteng Accelerator Programme.
Prof. Gwamuri is affiliated with several professional bodies, including the International Network on Appropriate Technology (INAT), The International Society for Optics and Photonics (SPIE), The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS), and the Optical Society of America (OSA). He also serves as Chairman of the Board at QATCTECH, a Zimbabwean technology firm.
A holder of a first degree in Business Studies and Computing Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). Currently a board member for the Project Management Institute Zimbabwe Chapter and responsible for communication. Tavengwa has held senior ICT positions in companies such as Zimbabwe Alloys Limited, Bindura Nickel Corporation, Freda Rebecca Gold Mine, Greenline Lodges, Bindura Estates and ASA Resource Group Plc. He brings in a wealth of experience in information technology oversight and governance.
Mr Pedzisai assumed the role of Executive Director and Chief Strategist when he founded the company in 2020. He has a wide range of experience in business and in technology having worked in the ICT field for three decades across two continents. He held roles as IT Manager at Zimbabwe Alloys Ltd between 1999 and 2001, IT Manager of Hippo Valley Estates also 2001, before leaving for the United States of America where he worked his way up the ranks at Progeny Software ending his tenure in a position of Chief Technology Officer responsible for architecture, design and development of a genetics research management software used by medical research universities and institutions in the USA and throughout the world. He also worked on a host of software development and systems integration projects including an ADA project for MasterCard International and a systems integration project using microservices technologies at WGU university in Utah, USA.He has also had a long term stint at Ford Motor Company Credit Division developing and maintaining a large suit of mission critical microservices used to drive the operations of Ford Credit. Mr Pedzisai holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and Computing Science from University of Zimbabwe and a Masters Degree in Electronic Commerce from Illinois Institute of Technology at Chicago, USA.
Moreblessing Musiza is the Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) of QATC Capital and QATC TECH, providing strategic leadership across both companies. She assumed this role in February 2021, following her tenure as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for both organizations.
Her journey with the QATC Group began in August 2016, when she joined QATC Capital as a General Manager – Finance and Administration before she was promoted to a COO position in November 2018. In 2020, she played a pivotal role in founding QATC TECH, a sister company to QATC Capital, and continued to oversee operations for both entities before her promotion to Group CEO.
Moreblessing is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA, United Kingdom) and holds a Postgraduate Executive Diploma in Computerized Accounting from the Zimbabwe Institute of Computerized Accounting (ZICA). She also earned a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting and a Master of Commerce Degree in Applied Accounting from Great Zimbabwe University.
Her career began at Yambukai Finance, where she served as a Loans Officer from 2012 to 2016, gaining a solid foundation in financial services and client management. With a deep passion for innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth, Moreblessing continues to lead the QATC Group with vision and purpose, driving sustainable progress across all business fronts.
Miss Paidamoyo Rimai joined QATC Capital in 2017 from Great Zimbabwe University, where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
With a strong background in business systems and strategic innovation, Miss. Rimai has been at the forefront of QATC Capital’s digital transformation journey. As Business Analyst, she spearheaded the design and implementation of technology-driven solutions that streamlined operations and elevated efficiency across the company — positioning QATC Capital as one of the most agile and forward-thinking financial firms in its sector.
A visionary and results-driven professional, Miss. Rimai played a key role in the founding of QATC TECH, demonstrating exceptional leadership in the development and rollout of the Iris LAPP platform — now recognized as one of the flagship innovations within the QATC TECH suite.
In February 2021, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of QATC TECH , a role in which she continues to drive growth, innovation, and market expansion.
