Patrick has a total 23 years of professional and business experience: in Information Communications Technology, business administration and entrepreneurship. Patrick’s current specialty is Project Management, Business Analysis, and Entrepreneurship consultancy and training. Patrick is a qualified Chartered Secretary and Administrator (C.I.S. Zimbabwe) and the holder of a first degree in Business Studies and Computing Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Patrick has ICT and business administration experience with companies such as Anglo American, Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco, Teleaccess Zimbabwe and the Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa (I.E.C). Patrick has been an entrepreneur since 2003 establishing viable companies, notably Infoage IT & Telecomm Solutions (ICT), Comquip Projects cc and Maxim Consulting Services (Project Management) that thrived for several years.
Jephias Gwamuri received his PhD degree in Material Science and Engineering from Michigan Tech in August 2016 after receiving his first degree from Cuba in Physics and Electronics. He completed his master’s in Lasers and Applied Optics at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Zimbabwe during which time he went to University of Cape Coast, Ghana as an International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP)- African LAM Network research fellow. He then joined the department of applied physics at NUST as a faculty member in 2005. Jephias coordinated a number of projects including the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) funded RAF-8040 Zimbabwe project and the Regional Environmental Initiative Network (REIN) – Africa funded Biofuels Project. He was also an Industrial attachment coordinator and external examiner for Great Zimbabwe University. He has co-authored several research articles, technical reports, a policy brief and a contribution to a book chapter. Prof. Gwamuri has received some awards towards his research work including the (ICTP) – African LAM network award, The Most Outstanding Scholar Award (Michigan Tech) and the researcher of the year award at NUST 2011. He recently rejoined NUST in 2016 where he was promoted to Associate Professor Position. He is a current member of numerous international society and organizations. His current roles at NUST include being a member of the Faculty Planning Committee, Faculty Board and Applied Physics Board in addition to his research and teaching activities.
Mr Pedzisai assumed the role of Executive Director when he founded the company in 2017. He has a wide range of experience in business and in technology having worked in the ICT field for three decades across two continents. He held roles as IT Manager at Zimbabwe Alloys Ltd in 2001, IT Manager of Hippo Valley Estates also 2001, before leaving for the United States of America where he worked his way up the ranks at Progeny Software ending his tenure in a position of Chief Technology Officer responsible for architecture, design and development of a genetics research management tool used by medical research universities and institutions in the USA and throughout the world. He also worked on a host of software development and systems integration projects including an ADA project for MasterCard International and a systems integration project using micro-services technologies at WGU university in Utah, USA. Mr Pedzisai holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and Computing Science from University of Zimbabwe and a Masters Degree in Electronic Commerce from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
Moreblessing is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She assumed this role from November 2018 promoted from the role of General Manager – Finance and Administration which she has held since January 2018. She joined QATC Capital in August 2016 where she has quickly risen through the ranks to her new position, distinguishing herself as a dedicated professional. Previously, she has held the position of Loan Officer at Yambukai Finance from May 2012 to July 2016 before leaving for QATC Capital. Ms Musiza was instrumental in the creation of the Iris LAPP platform which has its roots in the IT services that were initially created for QATC Capital. Moreblessing is a qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA United Kingdom). She is also a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting and a Master of Commerce Degree in Applied Accounting, both from Great Zimbabwe University.
A holder of a first degree in Business Studies and Computing Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration, Tavengwa has a total 23 years of professional and IT management experience in Information and Communication Technology. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). Currently a board member for the Project Management Institute Zimbabwe Chapter and responsible for communication. Tavengwa has held senior ICT positions in companies such as Zimbabwe Alloys Limited, Bindura Nickel Corporation, Freda Rebecca Gold Mine, Greenline Lodges, Bindura Estates and ASA Resource Group Plc. He brings in a wealth of experience in information technology oversight and governance.
Miss Paidamoyo Rimai joined QATC Capital in 2017 from Great Zimbabwe University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Information Systems Management. She held the position of Business Analyst since 2017 where she has been at the cutting edge in crafting and implementing modern technology solutions for QATC Capital. Her contributions and exertions in the IT space have seen the finance company be the envy of most of its competitors due to the efficiency of its operations all resulting from the employment of technology to streamline the company’s processes. She was also heavily involved in the founding of qatctech, having worked diligently and shown herself to be a major player in the creation and implementation of the Iris LAPP platform which is now one of the flagship services / platforms in the qatctech suite of services. Ms Rimai was promoted to the position of COO in January 2020 to help move the company forward as we seek to blanket the Zimbabwean market with a myriad of top of the range technology services for every sphere of life.
